- Good and Bad Carbs.
This is another thing that you need to focus on when you are trying to lose stomach fat. To get yourself started on the right track for losing that spare tire you have, you will need to start choosing the kind of carbohydrates you consume. It is not right to eliminate carbohydrates from your diet as some fad diets seem to tell you to do. Carbohydrates give you the energy you need to get you through the day. You simply need to eliminate the bad carbs from your diet and these include items that are made with the use of refined flour like cakes, donuts, white bread and biscuits. Try to choose products that are made with good carbs and these include wholemeal bread, brown rice products and oats.
